Unfortunately we got room 1008N with no hot water maintenance was called 3 times they finally came didn’t do anything but just checked and said they will be back never heard back from anyone my kids got sick was not able to shower with hot water also they have a cover in the ceiling that looks as if someone is watching you the cover kept on opening with no wind at all in the room since my kids were sick we didn’t use the air conditioner didn’t open the balcony doors since hot air was only coming in, terrible room if you can refuse it do it don’t recommend at all scary situation feeling someone is watching and they don’t help you or assist you

Lo bueno: Excelente vista. Albercas muy grandes. Tiene un área de cocina. Lo malo: Los elevadores no sirven lo que genera un tiempo de espera aproximado de 30 minutos. El personal te toca la puerta a las 10:20 de la mañana para avisarte que debes de salirte ya, sin amabilidad en el trato. Las toallas están muy gastadas por el uso. Te piden $200 en efectivo para darte los controles. Aspectos a mejorar: Atención del personal. Mantenimiento a los elevadores.
