Shocking behavior from front desk staff – completely unacceptable!
I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a hotel. The older woman at the front desk (white, heavy-set, with gray hair — no name tag) was not just rude — she was manipulative, aggressive, and verbally abusive in front of my young children.
She won’t wear a name tag and won’t give you her name, but her name is Toni. I spoke to a younger, kind lady at the front desk the following morning and she knew exactly who I was talking about and gave me her name. She told me I am not the first one to complain about her and that it is mandatory to wear a name tag.
My child was left crying, afraid we were going to be arrested — all because of Toni’s lies and power-tripping.
This woman is toxic and unfit to be in hospitality. Based on other Google reviews, this isn’t an isolated incident. Hampton, do better. Guests deserve respect and basic decency — not emotional manipulation and threats especially with YOUNG CHILDREN there!
