Hotel was convenient for our travel plans. It was relatively clean.
Hotel staff was not friendly, nor helpful upon check in.
The breakfast had minimal food and after I got hard, stuck to the pan eggs, there was no warm food out and the tables were not cleaned.
An older gentleman, with a cane sat there for a good 10 minutes waiting for eggs to be replenished. Finally, I went over to the kitchen area, knocked and knocked to see if I could get some assistance (food for him). Finally, we saw a woman standing back there, watching a movie on her phone. She did not speak English. She said something ( I think) about eggs and meat, 10 minutes....
The second day of our stay my son was stopped on his way back from Starbucks at 7:00 AM and told we had to be out of the hotel by 9:00 AM - because they were cutting off all the power in the hotel. We received a call at 7:45 AM to the room that we needed to be out by 9:00AM. (Check out was supposed to be at 11:00 AM.) We hurried to get out. No breakfast, no apology.
The front desk person did recommend a good breakfast place to us, however good; it still cost us $35.00.
We expressed our disappointment with the person at the front desk upon leaving and she said she would note it on our card. No one reached out to us. Very disappointing. Will never stay there again.
