Hotel is just across Hakata Station. Lots of restos nearby, there’s a Daily Yamazaki and Family Mart near the hotel. Beds are ok, but a little dusty. Rooms are very small.

This is a perfectly fine and affordable hotel for a few night’s stay. It’s conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Hakata station. The standard single room that I stayed in was clean and properly equipped, but definitely on the smaller side. Although this is a business hotel, and there is a desk, do not expect to do much work in the room - it’s just too small. Also, if you are traveling with a lot of luggage, this is probably not the hotel for you.

There are 3 APA hotel on the same street. We went into one of the APA to checkin. The staff found we booked the other APA instead the one we went in. The staff was very kind that helped us to checkin and then guided us the one we booked was the one opposite. The staff was very helpful.

I like APA. They have all the facilities information on the TV so I can see what/when something is available. The only annoyance for me is the, “no tattoos” in the bath.

The room is not clean and tidy, no clean up for the 2nd day. The air conditioning keep hot and malfunction which I cannot change to cold air after checking with staff. And, before we left we ask staff to contact taxi for us due to we have elderly (cannot walk to hakata bus station), however, staff say they cannot off help.

Located in a convenient location. Only a little walk to Hakata Station. Everything as expected of the APA Hotel brand. Only thing this time was that the fridge was not working properly and it did not keep anything cold. Not room temperature, but not cold enough. But that is probably just a one off. Overall very comfortable as always.

APA is almost always a pretty solid stay, wherever you are in Japan. Great location close to the train station, great amenities, clean, and customer service was nice. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is we could not get the heat to stop blasting in our room; opened the window but then that would make the heat blast more. A/C is centrally managed and so we could do nothing about adjusting the temp in the room. Don't know if maybe there was something wrong with our room, but seems a little contradictory to claim "eco-friendly practices" when blasting heat with no control over it.

Nice and clean hotel chain that I have been booked for several times in different cities. However, an incident happened during the date I checked in. When I put my luggage outside my friend’s room for less than 3 mins (while I was helping her to settle down the room facilities), my luggage was suddenly disappeared. I was so nervous and worried and asked the front desk staff for immediate assistance and calling police. 10 mins later when I was waiting for further update from the staff, the hotel manager came and told me that he found my luggage. Strangely, it was took by the guest right next to my friend’s room. Although the reason I got was so unbelievable, I was still glad that I could find it eventually. Nothing was lost and I can continue my Christmas trip. Thanks for the help from the hotel staff.

何度も博多に来ていますが、浴場があることを知って今回選択しました。設備が綺麗です。それを使用する他の宿泊者にモラルがないのは残念でした。ホテル自体は駅前ですが、静かに快適に過ごすことが出来ました。
