Disappointing and Mostly Unremarkable Stay
Overall, my stay at this hotel ranged from poor to mediocre. The biggest letdown was the breakfast, which had a very limited and repetitive selection. The quality was below expectations, and there was little variety, making it one of the weakest aspects of the stay.
Cleanliness was acceptable, nothing particularly bad but nothing impressive either. The room was serviced adequately, though it lacked attention to detail and consistency.
The front desk experience was inconsistent and, at times, outright rude. Some interactions felt dismissive and unprofessional, which negatively impacted the overall impression of the hotel and made simple requests feel like an inconvenience.
The only truly remarkable and positive highlight was Lisbet, a Cuban lady who stood out for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. She was always approachable, attentive, and made a noticeable difference in an otherwise underwhelming experience. Her attitude and service deserve special recognition.
In summary, this hotel has significant room for improvement, particularly in customer service and food quality. Without staff members like Lisbet, the experience would have been far more disappointing.
