Good functional place, if a little soulless. Comfortable bed and sheets. Good shower. Wish there was real shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, and enough coffee in the kitchen for the full stay. Was also a little too pricey.

My stay was fantastic; i like the environment , everywhere around is neat and clean. Unfortunately, i can notice the lack of communication. In addition , a member of the staff should be available to explain how do things function in the appartment if need be. Thanks...

Avoid This Hotel If Booking via Hotels.com

We recently stayed at this hotel, traveling with our 8-month-old baby, and while the room itself was excellent, our experience was significantly marred by the hotel's self-service systems. The check-in, garage payment, and check-out processes were all supposed to be seamless, but none of them worked due to an integration issue with Hotels.com. We needed a specific internal booking reference from Hotels.com that we did not have access to, leading to repeated calls to the hotel's support. This was both inconvenient and irritating, especially with a young baby in tow. Despite the comfort of the room, the constant technical issues and lack of smooth self-service made our stay quite stressful. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone booking through Hotels.com until these issues are resolved.

TV options were not great. Faltan amenities such as cleaning detergent .

Great location, lovely and clean. There are two things which let it down and could easily be resolved; 1) nowhere to leave our bags. We arrived early and the person on the intercom refused our request to leave our bags a couple of hours ahead of the check in time. Have never had this before and was most unhelpful and tiring to have to carry them round 2) there was no shower screen or curtain meaning the whole bathroom got wet when we had a shower

The hotel is being used for the council for conflictive families. Man smoking smelly herbs in the main door. It was not pleasant. It is a real shame since it is a great location and the room itself, and service were great. U just want feel safe to stay/sleep.
