Great hotel great stay

Great hotel in the middle of town. Breakfast was super although very busy as the hotel was literally fully booked. They had a children's cinema with drink ticket complimentary in the evening.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel, largely due to the behavior of the reception staff. From the moment I checked in, the receptionist (a woman working at the front desk) was noticeably unwelcoming. Instead of making me feel like a valued guest, her attitude came across as dismissive and unfriendly. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve at check-out. The same receptionist maintained the same negative demeanor, which left a lasting impression and ultimately made me regret choosing this hotel. Hospitality should be about making guests feel comfortable and respected, and this was clearly lacking. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service at the front desk, as it significantly impacts the overall guest experience. However, I’d like to mention that the man working at breakfast was very kind and friendly, which I really appreciated.

Make sure you reserve in the upgraded side of the hotel. The other rooms are not updated and have no A/C (we were there when it was kind of hot). New rooms are pretty good but small. Breakfast was really good and everyone employee was very friendly. A family member had a problem with an old room and they upgraded them to the new ones right away. Great location
