Great location, close to the train station and cathedral. Bit tricky to find the entrance. I think I was upgraded from a single to a standard room, it had a nice view of the cathedral. Pretty basic though, no fridge, kettle, chair, or table. Fine for a one-night stay.

We were in Cologne for one night in transit and wanted an affordable hotel with three beds and not a lot of frills. This is exactly what we got. If this is what you need, you will be happy. If you have expectations of comfort and luxury, then this is not for you.

Nice, clean downtown hotel. Short walk to Dom, downtown, train, and so on. Liked it, and friendly helpful staff. Decent breakfast too, and a nice patio for those who like to sit outside a little.

Affordable option for one night if in transit

Downtown location, ok for a one-night stay if you are in transit. The hotel is on the rooftop of a Parking building. Everything is in the 6th floor of the building. Access is through a narrow and obscure corridor with self-payment parking machines at the entrance. If I had know this, I don't book it as it didn't feel safe at all. The rooms are exactly as you see it in the pictures, nothing special but well kept and clean. If you need a place to sleep one night and continue your journey, this can be an affordable option. If you are looking for more hotel amenities and better stay experience, this is not the hotel for you.

The staff was very courteous to us, and the room was just what we needed. The staff also helped us get accustomed to the area, and helped to make us feel right at home! The property is located very close to the Christmas Markets, and quite close to the train station as well.

Very clean and fairly new looking facility, friendly and helpful staff, well maintained. Maybe not as ‚hip‘ as the name and lobby photo might suggest but perfectly functional and comfortable in every regard.

Wonderful stay here with my husband The man at the reception was so kind that h came downstairs to the car park to speak to the car parking lady to help translate that we have paid for our parking so we wouldn't get charged. Honestly lovely service and a great hotel. If we're in cologne, we would stay here again!

Burr its cold in here...

Overall, it's in a perfect location for the Cathedral and the Chocolate Museum. The room was big enough to comfortably sleep my family of 6. However, the room was so cold! No matter what we did, it was still much too cold for comfort. Reception offered us a small space heater on the 2nd night which helped a little. The parking garage is convenient, only and $19 a night but a very tight squeeze for larger vehicles.
