This hotel was beautiful! Our room had the best view of the Kärnan and we even had a balcony! The beds are very comfortable and breakfast was great-many options. Our only disappointment was that the sauna was broken and the sauna was the reason we chose this hotel. We loved our stay but that was a downerfor us!

Vi har varit på detta hotell många gånger och år. Men denna gången 25-26/102025 fick vi ett deluxe rum 135 och det luktade avlopp, men värsta var att det spelades hög musik hela natten och trots öronpropparna gick det inte att sova. Det är tråkigt eftersom det är ett fint hotell i övrigt och bra frukost och service.

Book ikke dette hotel, hvis du vil sove om natten! Mig og min kæreste ankommer lørdag ved middagstid og får lov til at tjekke tidligt ind, god start på en kort getaway til Helsingborg (troede vi) Da vi kommer ind på værelset, som er småt men hyggeligt, opdager vi hurtigt, at sengen ikke er særlig god. Skulle nok være skiftet ud for 10 år siden (kunne mærke fjedrene gennem topmadrassen) Vi tænker; det går nok, da det kun er for én overnatning. Efter en god og hyggelig dag/aften i byen, som bliver sluttet af med en lækker middag, vender vi tilbage til hotellet ved 21.30 tiden. Vi bemærker, at der er en del larm og kraftig bas fra baren, som ligger skråt neden for vores vindue i samme blok som hotellet, men tænker, at det nok stopper snart… Det gør det ikke. Det bliver bare stødt højere og vildere 😳 Jeg beslutter mig for at ringe til receptionen, for at høre, hvad vi kan forvente. Man fortæller mig; at da hotellet ligger i centrum, må man forvente en del støj fra byen, men at det burde stoppe ved 01 tiden. Det kan jeg så fortælle, ikke var tilfældet 😡 Det fortsatte til ca. kl. 04 og var så voldsomt, at vi kunne mærke bassen gennem vores “gode” seng. Inden morgenmaden, og efter vi endelig har fået sovet i nogle timer, går jeg en tur i receptionen, da jeg synes, det ville være fair med en form kompensation efter en nat uden søvn. Får igen at vide at man må forvente nogen larm og støj pga. hotellets beliggenhed, men at de kunne tilbyde en morgenmadsvoucher som kompensation 🤔

Baren vet ej! Frukostens logistik tycker jag kan bli mycket bättre och påpekade detta för en personal. Jag menar att man kan ha tallrikar på varje station. När man har tagit ex bröd lite pålägg då är den LILLA tallriken och måste få tillbaka till början för att ta en ny och fortsätta att ta frukost. Sill och annat är inte gott på samma tallrik. Bodde tre nätter löskokt ägg som jag tycker om får inte vara RÅTT och ljummet. ALLT rann! Brukar inte klaga men det är för dåligt för en mycket van hotellgäst. Har bott hos er många gånger får se i fortsättningen.
