Love the Hotel Holms

I had an incredible time and will return again for sure. Excellent location and very clean. I don't eat breakfast so didn't need the extra breakfast option... but there are also a million places in the area to go. It's now my favorite place in London!!

Breakfast was terrible, oatmeal with blackberries there was one BlackBerry. 8 pounds for one sausage. Then Tuesday morning the girl followed is out asking to pay bill when my husband was still at the table.

Hotel is in a beautiful area and is a lovely hotel. The sound proofing in the room was very poor though which affected our night sleep. We wouldn’t bother with the breakfast again. The service felt chaotic and it would take ages to get served drinks, food orders were wrong and we had to ask three times to get a glass of juice for one person in our party. We’d rather have just for it our self but they insist on serving it. They did make a massive effort for my daughter’s birthday though, particularly Tyler.

Everything was wonderful. So convenient to the Baker St. train station and tons of restaurants. Everything was clean and nice. Rooms are small but that's because it's a historical building.

A few times in London, first time at Holmes Hotel. Great accomodations, great location to commute anywhere and close to nice restaurants and cafes. The staff is very thoughtfull and kind. The Sherlock Holmes decoration, the background music in the lobby and the scenery on every wall is absuletly welcoming. Definitely recommend and looking forward to my next visit!
