We were a family of 10 and the house was more than adequate for all of us. The house does need TLC. Appliances were all in working order. We had a couple of things that needed attention and they were fixed immediately. No complaints about Casiola Homes for their responses. The house pool was great. There was lots of parking in the area if you have multiple vehicles. The entire Champions Gate area has everything needed which was very convenient. This has nothing to do with the house itself, but there were multiple late night parties by neighbours which were very loud. There isn’t anything that can be done, but it was difficult to keep small children asleep at 2 or 3 in the morning. The main pool area was a bit of a disappointment in that they wanted you to buy everything once inside. We had 2 small children and they wouldn’t let us bring in their water bottles so be prepared to buy water.
