The beds were DISGUSTING food and dirt left on the bed sheets and comforters. The doors and walls looked all damaged. The pool was the only nice part. But, the hot tub is out of service and will never be fixed per the owner. Whom has a negative horrible attitude.

The workers are rude as ever. Especially this one lady at the front. She had little knowledge of anything. I called before to verify the hot tub and pool were working and she said it was and I got there and it wasn’t. Then I had charges on my card and she hung up on me and wouldn’t discuss them. Worst. Ice machine broken. Hot tub broken. TV broken - it would turn off and them back on no matter what button was pushed. Another guest had a pool party and invited every neighborhood kid so no one else could use the pool. I could hear and smell other guests using their toilet.
