Stayed three nights to ski at Hakuba Valley. Check in was quick. The room was a little small but clean and modern. Nice onsen on the ground floor. Nice breakfast with a variety of items. Would gladly stay there again.

Great for our overnight before taking the Alpine route. Can’t say enough about how helpful the staff was. Luggable forwarding drop off for the alpine route is in the hotel lobby which was great! The hotel is very conveniently located across from the train station and the bus that takes you to the beginning of the route. Would recommend to anyone who is taking the route!

Hotel location is fantastic for Tateyama Alpine Route - just in front of the train & bus station! Hotel also provides baggage forwarding service for Alpine Route. Staff are very friendly and helpful in providing info on Alpine Route. Has an onsen, rooms are decently sized & clean. Many good restaurants, supermarket, drug store, Daiso all within walking distance.

Refreshed & recharged after Tateyama Kurobe route

Location - just across the road fr bus from Ozigawa (last or first stop along the Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route. Onsen area was clean with secured entry for ladies. The food offered at its in-house Japanese restaurant was delicious and prices were reasonable. Staff and front desk as well as restaurant spoke English.
