I’m not happy with the stay, our room the lock didn’t work it would just open without a key I ask the manager she was rude and never send somebody to fix the issue. During check out the elevator didn’t work we had to come down the stairs and to top it off the exit of the stairs take you to the back of the hotel we had to walk all around the hotel to do the check out. And had to walk the ramp where the car come in to get to the car due to the elevator not working and is the only way to get to the car. Location is good but service is not. Breakfast is only sandwich everyday that’s it and the waiter gets upset if you ask for plates or anything is missing.

Do NOT stay here!! The air conditioning wasn't working in my room. When I contacted the front desk, the emplyee told me she couldn't guarantee that it could be fixed and offered a 100% refund if wanted to check out. I checked out and was assured me that a 100% refund would be issued. I asked for a written confirmation, and she said she could give me one because it was booked through an agency. Now,the refund hasn't been issued and they aren't responding to my inquiries.

El hotel es nuevo por lo que las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias. El estacionamiento es gratuito y es muy céntrico, el check in debería mejorar, habíamos al menos 10 personas esperando el check in a las 3pm aun cuando se publicita que desde 2 horas antes podrías hacerlo lo cual negaron en el hotel, por otro lado al darse las 3 en punto todos los huéspedes estábamos parados frente a recepción y ellos como si fuera una subasta gritando los nombres de los huéspedes para entregarte la habitación. Pésima esta parte.
