An amazing apartment with a spectacular view. The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful.

Wonderful service, very nice restaurant (dinner and breakfast), slick design, nice spa and pool, friendly staff and amazing views (try to get rooms facing the valley, and not the street!). I don't normally spend so much on hotels, but this really was worth it.

The spa could be open one more hour .. els everything was amazing top stars better then the cambrian hotel by fare.

Amazing

Very easy to check in & clean and nice view. One issue I faced AC wasn’t working.

I think the downside was, it was warm and a bit noisy at night as it was near the pub and people were dining outside where we could hear the loud chats and laughs. But, I love the ambience and view of the place. I definitely will come back to visit again.

The bed was great, good views and spacious bedroom area.

I have stayed more than 1,000 nights in hotels around the world. This was my favorite stay. The view of the valley and mountains is unparalleled and I have never met a staff who made me feel like family like those of the Hotel Beau-Site. I have recommended to all of my family and friends.

Hosts were friendly and it is my best experience ever in my life!

terrific property, staff and services!

This hotel in Kandersteg is beautiful and very centrally located. Only about a 10 minute walk from the Kandersteg cable car station which takes you to the famous lake Oeschinensee. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing as well.

Great view, nice amenities included outdoor jacuzzi, great breakfast selections.

The staff was wonderful and helpful and the room was adequate. Breakfast was great and you won't forget the view. Pool was nice. Be careful with the hotel restaurant...it's a bit pricey. The town of Murren doesn't allow cars and it's a bit of ordeal to get to but it's charming. The town is dead after dark (at least in September)

I would give Edelweiss 1000 stars if that were an option. I almost hesitate to write this for fear of spoiling what feels like such a precious, tucked away gem. Tom and the staff are so knowledgeable about area hiking options and how to avoid crowded tourist points; the chef’s bbq was the BEST pork I’ve ever had in my life, and they turned me on to the DELICIOUS elderflower laced hugo spritz. Greay family hotel!! Good for\d, clean, good spa

We don’t normally do reviews but this place deserves one. Just a gem of a find. Great location, beautiful and comfortable (alpine but modern), and amazing food! (Both the complimentary breakfast and we had a delicious dinner.) and everyone was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Eden! It is a beautiful property, amazing views and the perfect couples retreat! We arrived a little early by train (we took the Golden Pass train from Montreux which was also a highlight) and so we enjoyed the spa and a private pool until our room was ready. The deluxe room was spacious with gorgeous views and very comfortable! The breakfasts were lovely and we really enjoyed evening cocktails on the patio if the restaurant. Have not been impressed by a hotel in a long time. Not the fanciest place, but they do everything very well across the board. I called for a late check in: usually at small places they will leave the keys out. The person stayed at the front desk until 10pm and was cheery and nice when we came. We booked online as non-refundable, but they did not charge the card until the day later since they said it was so late, and wanted to make sure all was well with our stay before we pay the...
