Clean rooms, and that and location are what matter most to me. The old bar (The Executive Pub) in the hotel lobby is now a convenience/Asian grocery store, which is pretty convenient. It does mean that you get a lot of loiterers in the parking lot, but they're harmless. Location is great, easy walking to restaurants, bars, and the must-see John Michael Kohler Arts Center (the Kohler Arts Preserve is a little ways out of town). I can't really comment on the breakfast, as I'm not a breakfast person, but it looked fine.

The property seemed “tired”. I observed staff refilling the pastries with bare hands. And the second morning, staff had not restocked the breakfast area. There was yogurt the first morning but not the second. No one wiped down the breakfast tables between uses. Great location.

Ragai was wonderful and very accommodating to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Hotel and pool were clean and our room was larger than usual which made it comfortable for our longer stay. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and we enjoyed some quiet time relaxing in the pool area after walking around throughout the day. hotel is in the downtown, so you can walk everywhere from there. The hotel needs maintenance but the rooms are comfortable. Staff were nice and friendly.There were no towels on the pool.
