Better than our destination? Really close!

Such a lovely room, the whitest duvet covers and towels all making the room so bright and clean. Not a single bit of dust anywhere. Breakfast was my favorite with the cheese omelets, turkey and pork sausages along with all the other usual choices. Everyone working there smiled and some engaged us in conversation, making our stay feel as if we're with family. I know you had little if anything to do with it, but out in back of the hotel we spotted a male and female Great Horned Owl couple sitting together in a tree. Score!

I liked that it was very clean and in great condition. Also, check-out was awesome. King size bed was comfortable. The handle was very hard to pull for shower. Breakfast was not ready. It said at 6:30 on weekends. No hot breakfast, only coffee, bread & fruit…very disappointing. Staff were not around. Lights were off in the dining area. In addition, restaurants were very far away.

I arrived late and the door to the hotel was locked. As I waited, a van pulled up with airline employees. When they came through the double doors, they spoke, but the hotel employee did not. Once she opened the door she immediately attended to the airline employees and not me who had been waiting. I recieved no apology, no explanation and was told she would help me at the other end of the counter while she attended to the airline staff. It was very off-putting not to have been greeted or given an explanation. It was also dangerous for me to stand outside trying to reach a hotel employee that late at night. There was no note, no automatic telephone response and no one answering the phone. Once I was checked in, she didn't even offer me water as a way of acknowledging the oversight. Complete fail. The main line phone should have routed to an automated message, to an answering service, or a live person should have picked up. Or, if someone had to do a pick up, other staff should have been at the front desk. Completely irresponsible to leave the front desk unattended or unavailable for travelers arriving after a late evening flight.

Muy buen hotel por el precio. Tiene refrigerador, horno de microonda y una pequena alberca, un peque;o gimnasio. Incluye desayuno mini buffete. Incluye omelet, jugo y leche. Pan, cereal y tortitas de carne. Lo unico que no me gusto es que no hay botellas de agua de cortesia y si quieres necestias compralo. Y lo peor es que el agua del lavabo sale completamente agua. El personal dice que es por lo minerales y que es muy segura. Fuera de eso muy recomendable. El hotel muy bonito bien cuidado

I liked how accessible the property is. I loved the service, and the staff were amazing. However, had I known that the renovations were in work during my stay, I would have booked somewhere else. That information should have been available on Expedia so customers can make informed choices. Also, the renovation is more of a remodel. Mostly cosmetic upgrades and updates. The bathroom light and fan are still on the same switch instead of separate switches, and the fan is like having a little jet engine whining above your head while sitting on the toilet. It's 2025, and still no smart tv or shower wand. If those doesn't bother you, then you'll probably be alright.
