The rooms were very nice for this level of hotel, check in was easy, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable & breakfast selection was great. Only thing I found a little odd is the sink/vanity is not in the bathroom. It is in bedroom area. Only the toilet and shower are in a smaller water closet area.

6/10 Good

Check-in/out was excellent. As for the room, it was quite clean however, there were several "no-so-goods:" the shower had minimal pressure, the thermostat would not hold its setting, and the pillows were horrendous. The public space (atrium) was lovely and provided us with the opportunity to spend some time with our children and grandchildren. The pet deposit was exceptionally low when compared to other properties and the presence of other dogs was fun. Overall, our stay was OK and with a few minor maintenance tweaks, we would definitely stay here again.

I don’t know what I was expecting when we booked this hotel at the price we did and they let my babygirl (fur baby) stay too. A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL!!!! Omg it had enough space for my 18 year old, me, my fur baby, my mom and my 5’10 year old!!! We loved it, it was clean spacious and reminded me of Embassy Suites from Indy back in the day!!! And did I mention the staff, they were super friendly and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible AND they had breakfast till like 9:30-10…..WINNING!!! My family and I loved it, next time we come through the Lansing area we know for a face where we are staying.

I was shocked because it was a huge room, beautiful buffet breakfast and very nice people. The sheets kind of smelled funky, but it was a beautifully clean room.

Great staff the minute we arrived, didnt have to wait long even though they were very busy. They had a very large group in front of us but he c was very polite and we didn't wait long. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good . Even though there was a large group of students they kept everything full and hot. Kudos to your staff, we will be back again.
