I don’t know what I was expecting when we booked this hotel at the price we did and they let my babygirl (fur baby) stay too. A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL!!!! Omg it had enough space for my 18 year old, me, my fur baby, my mom and my 5’10 year old!!! We loved it, it was clean spacious and reminded me of Embassy Suites from Indy back in the day!!! And did I mention the staff, they were super friendly and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible AND they had breakfast till like 9:30-10…..WINNING!!! My family and I loved it, next time we come through the Lansing area we know for a face where we are staying.

The room was a nice size. The beds were comfortable. The room was worn and not terribly clean. It felt like it really needed a good deep cleaning, more in depth vacuuming scrubbing. The hotel is just getting older. The breakfast was mediocre, but there were choices. It wasn't bad, it just needed a little love. And for the price and location, it was fine.

Great staff the minute we arrived, didnt have to wait long even though they were very busy. They had a very large group in front of us but he c was very polite and we didn't wait long. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good . Even though there was a large group of students they kept everything full and hot. Kudos to your staff, we will be back again.
