10/10 Exceptional

The male hotel staff was very professional and attentive to the nerds of the guests.
Kevin, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Looked like something from a third world country. There was furniture and mattresses leaning around exterior, no one in office. Took photos . Found another hotel.

Property had mold. We also ask for housekeeping and they never came. Trash outside of the hotel. Staff was friendly and polite though
Lizette, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

The images on the site were a little deceiving to the actual size of the rooms, the stove top at the location also functioned poorly as it would take upwards of an hour just to boil a pot of water.

I cancelled the stay within the time frame and the manager said I need to pay roof inn over 100.00. If this is how you do business i will not use this site and report this matter to the better business. Also the mgr was ruder.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. It is absolutely disgusting and not health standard compliant. We not only had hairs everywhere, bugs and CIGARETTE WHOLES in the blankets and chairs, but also found MOLD, GRIME and RUST in the "kitchen", toilet and tables. We also met some of the worst staff ever, they are not present at the front desk at any time, and actively avoided us and lied to us AND the EXPEDIA TEAM on the phone to not confront us about the refund. Please do not waste your time, money or health on this sorry excuse for a business, this type of incompetence is unreal.

Worst booking ever!

Please be warn, do not do business with Hotels.com. they have on there website a hotel that was roach infested, and when i tried to get a refund of my 300.00 they offered me a 40.00 one cash key. Their customer service was a -0, no relief at all. Been a member for over 10 yrs. Now I'm dealing directly with hotels myself. If they can't vet there hotels on their sites then its just a money grab for them and hotel. Oh by the way that was also used as a homeless shelter. When you can't even speak to someone in your own country and they direct you to someone in Egypt, you know your getting the run around.

Don't go

They cancelled my reservation before I arrived and still charged me for the 2 days that I reserved

Not a place to stay if checking in late

Had I known that this place isn't staffed 24/7 I wouldn't have booked a stay here. Reminds me alot of Motel 6 and is more like an apartment a very expensive apartment. Front desk is only staffed 11 AM to 7 PM. That is a major inconvenience for late night check ins. Calling a 224 number upon arrival and have to wait for God knows how long to check in. We attempted to check in early and waited for almost an hour to do so. It ruined my experience and ended up getting to Six Flags later after 2pm. The room smells of cigarette smoke too and needs some serious updating and painting. Will not be staying here again.

Do NOT stay here. Its really skeezy.

The place was really run down & mattresses, old furniture etc in the hallways. Peeling paint, cigarette burns on the table & utterly filthy. Despite a non-smoking mandate, the room smelled of smoke masked with deoderizer. If i hadnt absolutely had to stay both nights & the only other options either too far away or charging over $225/night I would have have walked away after first entering the room. I walked from the shower to the bedside & during that 15 foot walk my feet picked up enough grunge from the floor that I was utterly disgusted. The bathroom was gross, no toilet paper holder & half a roll of TP just plunked on the tank of the toilet. No hot water in the "kitchenette" No paper towels or napkins. Microwave had food stuck in it & the counter was greasy.

8/10 Very good

What I'd like about the property was that each room had his own kitchen bathroom refrigerator and cabinets where you can store all your food and things like that. What I did not like about the facility was that the air conditioning unit in my particular room was not you know working optimally so it was kind of warm during the summer months.
Nathaniel, 7-night trip

2/10 Poor

There was feces on the ground, coming up the steps to get to our room the room was really running down moldy bathroom no Accessories to kitchen There were bikes everywhere from people who lived there when we walked up our door was open already If someone else was in there, park had lots of pop holes OFFICE was open 11 to 7. It was a definite no for me. People hanging out doing drugs selling them as well

Dirty, smelled horrible, hand held shower head with nowhere to hang it?? Toilet paper holder fell off the wall
Ryan, 7-night trip

2/10 Poor

Room had no doorknob, no light in bathroom, toilet did not work. We will not and would not recommend anyone staying here. For the military base being close, you would think the staff and owners would have and take more pride in their property and buildings. They just did not care to fix problems at all or give us another room!!!!!!!

4/10 Fair

Dirty property, front desk not available at working hours (7 am) Poor checking process, death roach in the bathroom, found the toilet clogged, room had a heavy smoke smell even though it’s a non-smoking place. They couldn’t offer a different room because the place was fully booked. Manager not available. Everything very disappointing
Gina, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Horrible!!

Dirty! The site photos are as exactly as the room looked except the place is filthy. Dirt, oil and food debree was on the floor, in the beds, in the bathroom, in the fridge, the kitchen, everywhere. When I opend the door I could see cockroaches and yellowfish scurring away to hide. None of the family members were comfortable sleeping in such discusting filthyness with insects that could crawl on us and get into our luggage. We could't stay. In less than an hour we were booked into a nearby, much cleaner, hotel. Save your money, don't book.
Kimberly, 1-night trip

No Elevator for a Third Floor Room

We had to pay upfront because without doing so we would not be able to have a "late" check-in. The check-in time was between 3 and 7 pm. When we got there we had to phone someone to let us in. We then had to take the stairs up to our 3rd-floor room as the elevator was broken. The room was old but nice. It had a full-sized fridge and a stove. We were only there for 2 nights but it looks like most of the people were there for an extended stay. We had to leave our room key in the door to the office as there was no one to take them until 11 am and we needed to be on the road long before then.
Jerry, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

My room was horrible!!! My floors weren't clean. Lights were out and not working. Heating/Cooling unit wasn't working. I spoke with the front desk and she told me that, the wind blew dirt in the room and that's why they were dirty. Maintenance wasn't working so, I couldn't get the Heating unit serviced. She gave me a blanket after being tired of me talking. Never again will I stay there nor recommend anyone to stay there.
