Parking was awful. exterior of building poorly kept. Trash was a plenty. Only door available for use was the front door. After 10 pm, the only was in was to alert the staff to let you in. I checked out of the motel 6 days early and moved to a different motel. I will not stay here again.

With this price, it's a really good deal. The safe and quiet environment with the beautiful mountain view. The hotel room that I stayed in the queen single has a decent kitchen and full bathroom with AC. The hotel staff is kind and friendly. For the internet, I strongly suggest you will enhance the internet, otherwise, it's slow.

My room was clean and very quiet. I felt safe. I am grateful they take dogs, but the third floor hall smelled very bad as there was a mat outside someones door the dog peed on I assume. It wasn't bad at first, but got very sinky I used the stairs at the other end of the hall so I could avoid the halls.

The staff was not welcoming and was demanding when checking in. Throughout the one night stay, there was an unattended baby crying, multiple dogs barking and, at one point, even a duck loudly quacking while being carried down the hallway. Other guests were loud and inconsiderate as they were yelling and arguing loudly with each other, many of them residents of the hotel.

Location was fine. Close to shopping and numerous restaurants. I think the health inspector would shut the hotel doors. Brown toilet stains, dirty drawers, a desk chair covered in I don't know what! 4 washcloths, no hand towels, one nightstand light and no hangers what so ever. We were desperate for a place to rest being that it was so late. No refunds because of the time had expired. Trust me when I say "The photos on line are certainly not the hotel we stayed at"! So disappointed and upset.

The first hotel I stayed in where I felt begging to check in. This place is unbelievable! Imagine you try checking in, it’s dark and the checking in front desk has garage door style covered as closed. I walked behind to see if anyone is around and I saw another man in their office checking in. I waited for about 10 minutes just to be told they don’t normally check in after 10pm but he will try to help me. Long story we checked in ! In the morning same thing, nobody around, garage door style enclosed front desk. I have seen it all but never anything like this in my life, very unprofessional!
