Well, I was kind of excited about this hotel. We have stayed at the aloft hotel in other cities before so we were genuinely excited about this day. Customer service was OK however everything else seem to go awry and I’m not sure if it’s because you booked the third-party however I was charged on the wrong card for my stay when they got it to the correct card it now takes seven business days for the return to go back on the card that they was not supposed to take it off second my room air condition would not go off, even though we turned it off to the thermostat the front desk had to come up and help us with this which only entail, cutting it completely off, so there’s no air throughout the night thirdly. There was a leak from the sink, which was kind of annoying, but such as life we may do we power it through
