We had a great stay here. The location was so good at Haeundae Beach, there was lots to do and see around the area. The check i. was a bit confusing - you have to go level 4 and swap lifts to level 6, but the staff were very friendly so it was no issue. Our taxi driver found the hotel easily. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was very clean. We were also happy that there was a washing machine in our room.

Our first time staying at a Seacloud. Location in Haeundae was fantastic. We got thr Premier Suite. Great space and very comfortable. You could tell the rooms were a bit "tired" over thr years but staff maintains it well. Cleaning daily, fresh towels, and consistent. Good value for travelers. The only awkward part of the facility is that its actually 3 hotels/residence that shares elevators. But once you get the hang of it, not an issue. Glad we stayed at this property.

Only washing machine with no dryer in the room. Come of guys this is basic stuff. Building is shared with a bunch of other businesses so not really well maintained. Not sure why it is 3 stars in Expedia, should be only 2.

First, you have to take an elevator to the lobby and then take another elevator to the rooms. Second, our room was by far the dirtiest and grossest hotel room I've seen. The grout had mold on it, and all the shower fixtures were rusted at the base. There was hair on the floor when we arrived, and the grout along the walls in the bathroom was very dirty. We immediately checked out and stayed at the Westin Josun down the street despite it costing significantly more. The pictures they have on their website are misleading. Do not book this hotel.

We were family if 3. Stayed 3 nites in deluxe twin room partial view. The positives.Room was v.spacious, maybe newly renovated ,gorgeous beachview, small kitchenette. Beds comfy .Because hotel was so big , and you had to change elevators, you could bypass reception, so it a very impersonal experience but they were friendly. Negatives: Bathroom was adequate, water not hot enough.TOO noisy: there sre alot of bars ,karaoke singing outside. it was like Las Vegas. Had to sleep with earplugs. I love the beach, went swimming but Haeundae just not our style. Id pick a quieter beach. I asked for a second pillow, they wanted to charge me( come on!) .and we had to separate our own garbage (ie.recycling) or be charged but there were no plastic bags , wash our cups but there was no soap.
