Well, this was our fourth time staying at Hotel Haya. With the exception of a weird interaction at check-in and a snafu with getting my valet validated (since I didn't charge my meal to the room), it was a great stay. I love the aesthetic of this property, and its location is fantastic. Just about everyone we encountered staff-wise extended every courtesy. We will definitely stay again.

Hotel Haya is great. We came here directly from the port, at around 930 in the morning, and were able to check in immediately. We enjoyed the brunch. I got the chicken and waffles and it was delicous. The main restaurant is closed sunday evening and monday, so we got dinner at the bar and it was also delicous. The drinks were also great. The rooms are nice and clean. And the beds are comfortable. Definitely would recommend.

My husband and I chose to stay here for my birthday weekend and we could not have had a better experience. We did try several restaurants around the hotel, but none of it was as good as the food from the hotel as well as the bar. Our favorite part was going to the hotel bar as, there were the best bartenders so friendly and so accommodating to make any drink that you want. We are definitely coming back and this will be a place that we continue to go to For fun or any other holidays, we choose to. If I could give this 10 stars out of five I would.
