We stayed in this hotel for one night during the festival in Aomori. The hotel is right next to the Shin-Aomori train station, a 7-minute train ride from Aomori. It served its purpose perfectly. We arrived early, left our luggage and took the train to Aomori. Came back after the festival, the luggage was already in our room. The room was comfortable and the next day we continued by train to the festival in Akita. They serve a free breakfast, which is not something to write home about.

Far from the center. Check in not until 4p. Check out 10am. Had to fight for my bicycle to stay with me, even through they didn't have a secure room to store it. Not worth the money saved by staying here. Do yourself a favor and stay more in the center. 2 stars because staff was very kind.

Room is well appointed & new. Breakfast & service ladies were great including those during breakfast. My only complain is that they don’t change your cups daily with the towels… are we supposed to use them for 3 consecutive days? I don’t think that’s very hygienic. Note : we did empty all liquids for the cups to be changed.

It was an overnight stay in Aomori but the stay was very comfortable. I did not expect much but the quality of the services by the hotel is excellent. The rooms were impeccably clean and the staff were friendly during the check in process. The hotel is very conveniently located near Shin Aomori Station which gives you peace of mind if you planning to travel to other destinations.
