It's a good hotel, the breakfast is good, there are banks, minimarket, restaurants nearby in 15 minutes walk. The surrounding is safe. The Expo Center is 15 minutes on foot. The staff is very helpful. I will stay here if I visit Chihuahua next time.

I was very disappointed with my room. After having a very pleasant experience staying at the Ibis Los Mochis, this stay was surprising. My bathroom had water everywhere, as though it hadn't been wiped down. The body wash/shampoo/ hand wash was near empty. The refillable glass water bottle that I loved in the Los Mochis location, was empty when I checked into this room and it didn't have a lid. The glasses weren't clean either.
