We loved that this hotel is conveniently located near grocery, souvenir shopping and restaurant options. It's a walkable distance to Lauderdale-by-the-sea and a brief golfcart or uber ride to Las Olas Blvd and/or the night life of Fort Lauderdale on A1A.

Old building in an amazing beachfront location that has good upgrades. Rooms were open when we arrive, the temperature control, tv and internet still needs to get better. Staff were helpful and cooperative.

Property was a great location next to the beach and easy acres to restaurants within walking distance. The area was a little unnerving with a stabbing across the street from us and no precautions made to us with the guy still at large.

Great Stay!

Overall it was a wonderful stay! I am a local that wanted to do a single night staycation with my mom, a girls’ weekend. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the tiki bar and pool area. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t appealing so we went out for dinner. If I was to critique anything it would be the restaurant. It felt more like a cafeteria which would be good for breakfast in the morning however it lacked the type of dining vibes that most would appreciate while enjoying dinner.

This was my 2nd time staying here and it was just as nice as the first time. Great area and everyone is approachable, friendly and helpful. I love the iguanas at the pool!! Easy access to both pool and ocean.
