I am writing to formally share several concerns regarding my recent stay at your property.
Unfortunately, our room was not maintained to an acceptable standard. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, we experienced multiple issues, including dirty towels, a lack of body wash that was never replenished despite our request, and a vanity light that was not functioning. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was malfunctioning — it would alternate between blowing hot and cold air, requiring us to repeatedly turn it off to regulate the temperature.
Housekeeping services were also inadequate. Trash was not removed, and the room was not properly cleaned. The bed was made; however, the rest of the room was left untouched.
We brought these concerns to the attention of both staff and management during our stay, but unfortunately the issues were not resolved. Overall, we were very disappointed and unsatisfied with the experience, as it did not meet the standards we expected.
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further and hope you will take appropriate steps to address these concerns.
