Great room! Quite spacious and kitchen very well equiped. Access to the laundry room (free!) and to a gym. Breakfast included is great (lots of options, fruits, eggs and luncheon meat, different kinds of bread, veggies, yogourt...) Great location, three minutes walk to metro. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Even though my stay at this property was very short, I was very impressed. The property is located in a pleasant neighborhood and offers a clean and well-organized environment. Each guest has their own entry key, which adds convenience and security. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the staff. When I faced an unexpected personal emergency, a receptionist helped me research various options and assisted with translation to and from Swedish. This level of support was immensely appreciated and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I highly recommend this property for its excellent location, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service.

The place is ok for the price. My studio was ok. No thrills. I was in Stockholm for a an internship. So the studio was convenient for the purpose. The gym is VERY basic. But I managed to sweat. The metro is very close. The supermarket not so close in my opinion, but still a walking distance. There’s a restaurant that closes at midnight but their kitchen closes earlier than that. The hotel doesn’t have senior management on site. So you have to call customer service for every issue. 1 minor issue. I told hi to a cleaning lady. She looked at me and didn’t respond. Staff should perhaps be trained on politeness. 1 not so minor. You have to exit the building to throw away the trash and enter by another door. I thought it was inconvenient. All in all, the place was convenient for what I was there for. If I were to go back to Stockholm for more than a week, I would probably choose this place again. But not for a quick vacay.

Sijainti on oikein hyvä, metrolle pääsee nopeasti ja lähistöltä löytyy sekä kauppa että luontoa lenkkeilyyn. Aamiainen oli ihan OK, perustarpeet löytyivät pääosin - tosin vegaaninen tarjonta rajoittui jogurttiin ja barista-kahvimaitoon, vaikka sivuilla mainitaan että vegaanistakin löytyy. Asunto oli 11. kerroksessa ja 4 hissiä auttoi liikkumisessa hyvin. Asunto oli muuten siisti ja toimiva, paitsi että sohvasänky oli todella huteran oloinen ja kylpyhuoneessa oli koko majoittumisen ajan tympeä ja ikävä haju.

Bra boende, uppskattar speciellt att rummet var tyst. Till frukost fanns mycket grönsaker, vilket jag uppskattar, det var en positiv överraskning. Mycket prisvärt hotell om man bara behöver ha övernattning.

Bra enkelt boende

Rymligt rum/lägenhet med ganska bra standard. Dock en väldigt liten och läskig hiss som kändes ostabil och gnisslade. Valde därför trapporna istället vilket var jobbigt då jag bodde på 16:e våningen, och extra jobbigt när brandlarmet gick av oklar anledning. Vi fick ingen information om vad som hände. Frukosten var lagom, inte så mycket att välja på men absolut tillräckligt för en simpel frukost.

You get what you pay for

Mycket enkel möblering av rummet med två hårda stolar och en smal säng. Okej för övernattning men inte för att koppla av eller jobba på rummet. Läget i närförort bra med tunnelbana, spårvagn och bussar i närheten.

A estadia foi excelente, o pequeno almoço variado, com metro muito perto para ir ao centro de Estocolmo. O único ponto negativo é que em estadias mais longas deveriam fazer troca de toalhas de banho.

Hotel is near metro and bus stop, kitchen facilities are good. Widenrange of items in Breakfast. Could improve in room cleanliness, the one provided to me is full of dog hair. Looks like not cleaned and given for check in to me.

För en barnfamilj var det lite bökigt att få ett rum på 16e våningen, när hissen bara går till 15e och man får släpa barn, packning och barnvagn uppför trappor. Hissarna var katastrof och de tog en evighet på sig. Inte heller uppskattat med småbarn.... Dock vacker utsikt! Det var mögel i duschen. Det fanns ingen AC så det var extremt varmt. Fönstren kunde öppnas märkligt nog, med tanke på fallrisken. Det fanns 2 små fläktar man kunde använda, men de var i stort behov av rengörning och hjälpte inte tillräckligt för att få till en hyfsad temp i rummet. Köket var helt okej och hade allt man behövde för enklare matlagning. Bra med badrumsprodukter. Fanns ett lekrum med lite tidsfördriv. Fanns kritor, men när vi bad om papper att måla på fick vi inga. Dagen efter fanns det dock papper på plats. Frukosten var helt okej och det fanns allt man behövde. Dock ingen varm mat för den som gillar det. Finns billigare parkering nån gata bort om man vill spara lite pengar. Extremt bra läge till tunnelbana och buss. Vi var där under sommaren och gick till skolan som ligger bredvid och utnyttjade skolgården/lekplatserna där. Fanns mycket och för alla åldrar.

This was a great place. It was an apartment, but it had many amenities that you'd get with a hotel. It was almost next to the public transportation of Metro, tram or bus. It was away from the pricey downtown areas, but extremely easily accessible. It was our kind of place and I would love to stay there again.

Liegt direkt an der Tunnelbana, das bedeutet allerdings auch, dass man diese und andere Bahnen vorbeifahren hört, auch im 9. Stock. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Frühstück ist okay, an einem Tag war mir die Schlange zu lang und ich hab es ausfallen lassen. Ich hatte leider weder Tassen noch Gläser in der Küchenzeile.

Near all kind of transportation (metro, bus), the ICA supermarket is nearby. Clean, good apartment-hotel, but if the aparthotel could provide some paper towels will be perfect.

Det var inte trevligt alls. Jag fick boka något annat. Det luktade lilla i rummet men det låg ganska nära till tunnelbanan. Fick inget kort det koder till rummet. Det inte alltid bemannat.
