We stayed for 4 nights. Unfortunately when we arrived only 2 of the 4 lifts were working and as we were on one of the top floors couldn’t use the stairs. The hotel was actively trying to get the other lifts to work. The room was spacious and clean with comfy bed and lounge area. The hotel is next to a hospital so we heard a lot of sirens. It didn’t bother us, but it could other people.

Very clean spacious room. Love that they provided an air mattress for the kids. We used the laundry room and the pool while there. Breakfast is great too. Only thing I would change is darker drapes to keep the light out as it was a bit difficult to sleep.

The bar and restaurant looked recently remodeled and there were plenty of tvs to watch the World Cup. Our room, on the top floor, was good sized and had a great water view but the furniture and bathroom seemed well worn. Poor water pressure and high sided tub made the shower not so great to use. Staff generally was nice but didn’t seem very well trained, except the bartender who was great.
