The people were nice and friendly, but the whole place needs a renovation. No restaurant or any gift shop to get anything. Would not stay there again until total remodel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s just like any other place you stay in Edmonton. The street scene at night is out of their control but I will stay there again.

8/10 Very good

Everything was good but it was written that breakfast is included when I booked the room but it wasn’t. In the morning, the staff told that the restaurant is privately owned. Better to not write in the description. Misleading information. Room was good and clean.

The room was clean and fresh. The pillows are massive. The money was always full of colorful characters. Our big disappointment was the in hotel restaurant was closed for the holidays.
