What a beautiful hotel next to the river a nice walk to the centre of York. Staff so friendly and helpful clean and comfortable apartment. With everything you wanted in a apartment. We even asked to have a look at the 2 bedroom penthouse suite and was given a guided tourer, we will book the penthouse suite on our next visit with friends. And with free tea/coffee in the lobby. A great 2 nights stay could not ask for more.

Overall a great stay at York Roomzzz. The location is great, only a short walk into town. The room was clean and comfortable, the only issue was the noise from the apartment above, which kept me awake but thankfully not the kids. There was no soap in the bathroom, which we reported and nothing was done.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is ideal—just a short 10-minute walk into the centre of York, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the many restaurants nearby.
