My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites University. Although it’s a no-frills property (e.g. breakfast is eaten on disposable plates), our room was spotlessly clean and very large, with separate lounge and bedroom areas. The hotel, which has its own small pool, is also located over the road from Banff Trail train station, around the corner from several restaurants, and very close to McMahon Stadium. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. Parking at the hotel was free and straightforward and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy.

The bathroom in our room had no towel racks. It was hard to use the counter with all the towels on it. We were 2 teenage girls and an Aunty so we needed all the space. The pool was great we spent a lot of time there. Check in was ok, had to wait about 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the front. Overall was a good stay and hotel
