The hotel seemed nice and clean when we arrived. I originally had booked a handicap room by mistake, so they changed us to a non-handicap room. This room never should have been rented. The bathroom looked like it once was a crime scene. There was, what looked like, dried blood on the bathroom wallpaper. The towel bar was ripped out of the wall. The holes were still there but no towel bar. The carpet in front of the TV had a horrible stain. I think they need to redo this room before they rent it out again.

Beware!!!!!

Room was not as advertised. Supposed to have two queens, but had two standards. Bed sagged to the middle, small, and uncomfortable. Presentation of building was depressing. Swimming pool was cold. Won’t ever stay here again.

Disgusting

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The floors were stained everywhere and everything from the hallways to the rooms smelled HORRIBLE. We were given 1 towel for 4 people. I would rate this less than 1 star if I could.

I have stayed at this property more than 8 times in the last three months and everytime the room is clean and smells good. Towels were thick and fluffy and the shower soaps were well stocked. Even though the property is older and the carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced, the room itself stands out much better. Clearly a case of don't judge the well travelled areas as what your room is going to be like. The staff is friendly and management is always smiling and inviting.

Location was easy to get to and even had some semi parking close to the property. Overall I would recommend this hotel above other more expensive ones in the area. Sam the manager was awesome when checking in, he’s a great guy. Pillows are way too tiny and I asked for more but they didn’t have any. Ice machines were broken and our sink was clogged. Checkout on hotels.com said 12 noon. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:55.
