Great hotel in Ginza. Like others said the rooms are on the smaller side but that is the norm in Tokyo where space is scarce. It was clean, the public bath were nice and feature a locker with a key so you can disrobe there and the bathing area was clean as far as I could see. Near Tokyo station but still a cab is good if you have luggage. Amenities were good but some body lotion would be a nice addition to the bathroom. Lots of small restaurants in the area and a 711 is just a block away.

Wonderful stay – clean, quiet, and great service! We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room and shower were spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. It was also very quiet, which made for a restful night. One unexpected highlight was the foot massage machine in the room — a real treat after a long day exploring Tokyo! The staff were excellent — very friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. They assisted us with sending our suitcases to our next destination, which made our travels much easier. Breakfast was mostly Japanese-style, but there were a few Western options available, though somewhat limited. All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel is in good location close to train stations. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to Amrit for his customer service. Room sizes are good compared to Japan standards. One area to improve is the laundry facilities as there are only two washers and dryers and the dryers don’t work too good.
