Room was okay, slow drain in sink, shower could use a mat, very slippery …Breakfast was great! Pancake, eggs, breakfast sausage, cereal, juices, bagel, bread, muffins, really nice assortment!

6/10 Good

The room was comfortable. Awesome being able to have our pup with us and not be over charged to let us ($20 for stay, $20 deposit). Bed, not bad. Bathroom, sink and tub did not drain well at all. Shower, was initially unable to control the temperature of the water. Unless you knew about the black control nob. Someone put it on hot. So it was super hot water or scalding hot water. It wasn't till I told the front desk he shared about this special nob. Breakfast, the eggs were most likely frozen and very dry . Coffee, good.

4/10 Fair

I’m a former head housekeeper as well as a certified pool operator. The pool door is disgusting - needs a serious scrubbing or better yet, a new door. Windows in the pool room either broken or cracked. Pool needs to be painted. The drain cover on the pool deck was not screwed in at all. The chemicals in the pool and hot tub water were good. The pool area was clean ( just not the door). The room was clean. I am the one that checks for hair in the bathroom, checks the refrigerator and drawers. Great job, housekeepers! The outside of the building needs to be maintained. Trim some bushes, pull weeds. I would not choose to go back here.

The breakfast was great..sausage links, egg patties, pancakes and etc. Our room was clean and comfy. Pool was dirty, but there was a group of kids swimming night before and we just caught a bad day. Great stay for the price. Would totally come back again.

Great experience overall! The room was clean and comfortable, the AC worked well, and the "neighborhood" was quiet. The only downside for me was that the shower was lukewarm. The outside temps were in the mid to high 80's, though, so I didn't mind. I recommend it if you're looking for a decent, affordable place to hang your hat while you're in the Eau Claire area. I'll stay there again.

Breakfast area was very small and busy. 3/5 hot breakfast. Internet 0/5 stars. No elevator. Old carpeting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of TV stations. 4/5 clean room. Pool and hot tub smaller but for $100ish dollars, the room was worth it!

The room was ok, the staff was nice, breakfast was half empty, there is trash around the property. Not just trash, I found a spot with a blanket that someone was clearly sleeping at, a spare tire, and my dog almost stepped on a meth pipe.
