Room was clean and location was nearby the train station. It was very walkable. Kitchen and amenities were provided. Hot water and heater was great. It was very spacious and I recommend people to stay here!

Parking was confusing, with 2 spaces not guaranteed. During check-in, we have a few broken things, but couldn't find the Room iPad to report it. The area is 10 min walk from the Beppu station, so it is not difficult to find a restaurant. Room wise, it is quite clean, with everything such as bed, sink, restroom and bathroom

This property has no staff onsite. So you have no ability to leave luggage before check in or after checkout, so you have to use the lockers at the train station. Email on entry was confusing and required a call. I observed similar struggles with other guests. Checkin is all via keypad. Room was a nice size, had a kitchen, and sitting area (cushions were stained). Location to the train station was nice, but it is not bar any hot springs or other attractions.

Nice property, free parking (we were lucky one of the two spots was available). Sink drain was clogged and Dan needed to be cleaned, otherwise everything was great and would stay again.

Its a alright self serve hotel, good water pressure, safe and overall nothing to complain about. Staff respond within an hour or two of any message you send. The only thing i can really gripe about is that when you check in you get a little message informing you that you must complete a walk through of the place cataloging any damage you find within the first 2 hours of your stay, or you might be help liable for the damage found, that part kind of sucks but otherwise a solid spot

Communication with the hotel beforehand is good. However I didn’t receive the password email from the hotel. Though I can call the hotel for assistance, my phone SIM card only includes data plan that does not allow me to give a call. It is a little inconvenient to the customers. The sofa stinks. There are dusts in some places, not as clean as I want, but the hotel is still good value for the money.

Loved this location and place. Spacious and has everything you need. Self check in was a bit difficult due to technical errors, but the staff was helpful and guided me through it.
