Best hotel I stayed at in Switzerland! Just a 4 minute walk from the train station. Immediately greeted by the friendly reception staff and was able to check in about an hour early. The rooms were huge, modern, absolutely spotless, and very well equipped. The corner balcony with amazing Matterhorn views was definitely the highlight. The buffet breakfast had tons of options and was excellent. Everything about our stay was fantastic. Definitely my first choice when I visit Zermatt again.

We stayed at Naco Zermatt as a family of four 2 adults 2 kids 8&11 and had a wonderful experience. We loved our apartment—it was comfortable, well-designed, and perfect for a family stay. Good size room, handy kitchen, and modern bathroom. Great views of Matterhorn. While all 75-80% of the shopping, the hotels are right of the station this hotel is to the left. So I felt this was quieter and suited our family of three perfectly. There was no disturbance from the nearby trains leaving the station . We were under five minutes from the station to get to Zermatt and the station to go up to Gornergrat. The sunnega station is a bit of a walk but a beautiful walk. Also 5 minutes from the best Italian place Santa Lucia Great breakfast options - out favorite the fresh juice option. Didn’t use the spa or indoor pool. While most hotels in Zermatt don’t have air conditioning, I was very pleased with the standing fan they provided. I would say this a family friendly hotel. They also made us feel special for our 10th anniversary .

All the reviews are spot-on. The Naco apartments are great - clean, well set out and have much better amenities than I was expecting. The pool/spa area is really nice and breakfast is excellent. Also everyone was really helpful and we much appreciated the baggage being taken to the train station!

Wonderful stay 10/10

We had the perfect 2-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and staff kept the breakfast buffet spread constantly topped up with a large variety of food. It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.
