The pool is currently under construction and the rideshare services/taxis in Paducah are questionable but, the hotel, and staff (Kimberly) were great. We would stay there again.

The property was safe. The property was nice. The rooms were clean.Had everything you need in the room.I wish the breakfast would have been bigger

Very clean room. Friendly staff. Wish there were a couple more options for breakfast but that’s me just being picky. Excellent hotel!

LVP flirting probably wasn't as clean as it should've been, but they weren't the worst we've been in. Outside of that, and the lack of a pool, it was middle of the road.

Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very minimal....waffles and toast/bagels. A good choice for the money.

The air conditioning kept us nice and cool!
Opinión verificada

4/10 Regular

The hallway and room had a mildew smell. The bathroom was also in need of maintenance with broken tiles, cracked caulk and a yellowed tub surround. It was ok for one night and we needed a pet-friendly place but I wouldn't stay there again.

The room was clean with super comfy beds.

The property was very dated and under disrepair. If it wouldn’t have been for road weariness we would not have stayed there. One of the other issues, from the looks of many of the other people staying, the property appeared to be set up for long term rentals (homeless). I would not recommend this property!
Opinión verificada

2/10 Mala

Our "accessibility" room was a bit more run down than the rest of the property. It also had a heavy smell that ac didn't solve. It was nowhere close to a three star hotel experience. Look elsewhere.
Opinión verificada

6/10 Buena

The rooms were clean and everything but the whole building itself is old and looks rundown they can definitely use a remodeling. Parking was not good on the sides of building had to walk around to front to get in and no elevator had stairs so if you had heavy luggage it’s tough .
Opinión verificada

8/10 Muy buena

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good and close to a lot. The property as a whole needs updating. The pool is unusable. Trees and shrubs in parking area need to be trimmed or removed. Handicap ramps need to be marked better. Drink machines are over priced.

Room 119 needs some remodeling. It was clean, bed comfy and shower warm
Opinión verificada

Room was well worn! Hide-a-bed was broken and was hard to sit on. Short on staff on 7/13 (Monday) in breakfast area. Ants crawling on one table and we moved to another table that was ant free. Bathtub is a accident waiting with a hole in the bottom of tub. Don't know if water was leaking out under the tub that could be creating mold. Parking was plentiful , so no problem.

There were ants all around the side entry door. Ants all over our air conditioning unit and a spider crawled up on the bed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Our room was clean but smelled like old soap. Bathroom tub had black spots around the top thst looked like mold tho I don't think it was, just looked uninviting. I did not bathe here.

Everything was clean & neat. Employee were very nice. Conveniently located restaurant across the street. The only negative was no elevator, however, the stairs weren’t too bad.
Opinión verificada

The room was very quiet and comfortable. Everything was wonderful except the internet connection.
Opinión verificada

The place looks like it needs some upgrades and breakfast was just bunch of carbs. No eggs or veggies to offer just bread and waffles.

Room layout is good. Hotel shows wear. Old windows, deteriorating tub grout, old ceilings on public areas.
