Hotel was nice but the room was lacking. Bed was the worst i have ever had, pillows bad. The AC would not run continuously so the noise from the highway was bad. The couch in the sitting room was awful.

Lovely stay

The receptionist was very friendly when we checked in, always greeted us when we arrived and left, and was quick to help when we asked for an extra towel. The room itself was bright and spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Doesn't live up to expectations

The loveseat was uncomfortable and the bed was hard as a rock. There was no tub in the bathroom and we were not informed about that nor offered the possibility of a room with such accommodations. We were charged twice for wifi we did not buy nor use.

As a single woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and comfortable here! The bed was so comfortable, everything was clean, and the thermostat actually worked! The staff was friendly and I had a really easy check in and check out. I don’t really have any complaints, just that the shower door opens itself every 3-5 seconds when you’re showering (I think the rooms aren’t perfectly level and gravity is pulling it), which can be an interesting experience lol. But other than that it was a great stay.

This is a super old and run down hotel. Booked a "King bed with Sofa Bed" and received a King room with disabled facilities/ bathroom. In addition the room was facing the main highway and the noise of the traffic and trucks was unbearable. Couldn't sleep. Spoke to hotel and there was nothing they could do -they really didn't even care! Super disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place.

Check in was good. Gentleman at front desk was helpful and respectful. Bed was comfortable and clean. Room was quiet.Dead bolt didn't work. Room was not stocked with tissues or coffee,cups or wash clothes. Maid service needs improvement..had to get items from front desk different times.. Hotel is in need of maintance and deep cleaning. Several doors on the third floor were damaged..elevator and Laundry room were flithy.

Definitely disappointed.

It was not off to a good start at the internet showed and stated the hotel had a pool. On arrival we were told the hotel has tried to get the internet to fix that but has been unsuccessful. They did take of $30 a night however it was very disappointing as the kids were expecting a pool. The floors in the room were damp. The restaurant/bar is only open certain hours which made it hard to access/use.

The king size bed was super comfy.

I had a fantastic stay. I stayed for 4 nights. I was visiting family. The staff was polite and helpful. It had great recent reviews. I paid 131 a night, price included taxes,. The price was fully refundable up to two days before my arrival. I really liked that. I felt I received my money’s worth. I will use again. I did a little research. I prefer to stay in newer hotels constructed before 2015. This building was constructed in 1994. A remodel was performed in 2004. So the room showed cosmetic wear and tear. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. I did not smell or see mold. The bathroom seems to have a continuous air fan. Sound does transfer easily, but I use a white noise machine. My sleep never disturbed. There was a microwave and fridge in room. The shower flow was a little weak, but tolerable. It is down the street from a health food store. That is a bonus in my book!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Justin at the front desk got me checked in and was very forthcoming with what I needed to know to enjoy my stay. I had come in late from the airport and was in my room quickly. Breakfast the next morning was not that great. The lady running the Bistro Was SUPER nice and I loved her, but the Breakfast burrito was cold on the inside. There were several other people ordering at the time and she was all by herself, so I did not take the time to complain. I have had worse, but it was the most negative part of my stay.

Staff was amazing. Room was clean. My complaint is that it says there’s a restaurant, but it’s actually the bartender being a short order cook. The menu sucks, and breakfast was muffins, cereal or fruit, at a ridiculous price. I’m normally good at making sure I book a hotel with free breakfast, but I screwed up on this one. Definitely will be more careful when booking, going forward.
