The main thing we liked was the larger room options with a full Kitchen. Location was great with lots of restaurant options to walk to, parks, the Aquarium, etc. It's a little older and could maybe use a little updating, but otherwise it was very nice. I never leave ratings, but I would never recommend this hotel. The front desk employee, Chastity, was insanely rude, hostile, and threatened to cancel our room. She hung up on us multiple times, yelled over the phone and then she red flagged our room as well all because we called and asked a question…. 0/10 stay away at all costs. We ended up getting a full refund because of her behavior.

Great hotel and location. Parking was good and available. The only constructive criticism is that for checking in there isn't a lobby pull up spot but that's okay if you can park in back, but I didn't think I could park in back since I hadn't checked in yet. There was a gate for parking in back that requires the room key. What I didn't know is that I could pull up to the parking gate and push a button to ask to be let in. Since I didn't know that I had to park elsewhere in a parking garage that has a cost. This Residence inn has a daily cost for parking as well which is understandable but not known until checking in.
