Everything about this hotel was 5+! However the area surrounding the hotel was isolated and abandoned. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and very helpful, there was security at night with bright lighting in the parking light. The breakfast was warm, delicious and the dining area clean and well stocked. Check in and check out was very quick and the staff friendly and helpful. The proximity to I-35 was very convenient. It was just the area around the hotel that was lacking. We would stay there again for the convenience, value, and favorable experience.

I had a hard time finding the hotel. There is a tall Hampton Inn sign on 183 by a church. The hotel entry is off I-35 south of 183. Other than that all was good.

The weekend staff was wonderful. Everyone we encountered was so pleasant and had the most kind spirits. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Austin. Definitely 5 stars from us!!!
