The hotel is located by a stunning lake surrounded by mountains, creating a truly picturesque setting. The manager and front desk team were very friendly and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even better.

Great staff, good restaurant, easy to get transportation in the region. Although very close to the train station, requires several flights of stairs from the station DOWN to the hotel. Can take an escalator back UP to the train station, however.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The room had everything you needed, was a good size and had a beautiful view. The hotel was located perfectly to explore Montreux, and in close proximity to the rail station. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

View from the panorama room was incredible, staff was very helpful and friendly. Location in the city is great. However, the room itself felt quite old (wallpaint was dissolving, it didn't smell very good, bathroom felt ancient, furniture seemed either cheap or not very well maintained etc.).

Bar staff and front desk check in staff were excellent- however when our room air conditioner was not working, one of the managers was very rude (French accent, dark hair, short stature, mustache) came to our room to check if out, told us that "it was an old air conditioner" as an excuse, said we could only have "one fan per room" when we had three people and two beds we needed two fans and he absolutely refused to try and compromise. We paid a lot of money to go to that specific hotel because the amenities included air conditioning yet had a lot of trouble sleeping our first night. The rest of the hotel staff was friendly and but his attitude was terrible, we will not stay there again. Room was clean, beds were soft, appreciated the turn down for the pull out bed and complimentary mini bar. The views were beautiful, location was great. Kids enjoyed arcade and chess games as well as popcorn and candy in lobby.
