They gave away our rooms. After an hour we finally got put in room at opposite ends of the hotel and the staff was rude. The rooms are nothing like the photos they are small and outdated and disgusting. Pretty sure they didn’t even sweep

Upon check-in, they assigned us the wrong room. They knocked on a guests door and told them that they were in our room. This created a 20 minute argument with the manager. We finally got the room we paid for. The TV didn't work, so I tried to call the front desk to tell them but our phone didn't work either. So I walked down to the front desk to tell them, and they said they knew about (but decided not to tell anyone) that none of the TVs worked. They said they would get a technician to fix the phone. No technician ever came to the room, I told the front desk twice about it but they just gave me lip service. Not that big a deal until you realize that you have to call 20-30 minutes in advance of needing your car so that the valet can have it ready. When you call the hotel on your cell phone, they infrequently answer their outside line. On our last day there our air conditioner stopped working, the front desk said they would get a technician up there to fix it right away. No technician ever showed up before we left. Also, the dribbling water pressure was frustrating. Overall, it was horrible hotel service. They will probably continue this horrible service, because much of the lip service I received seemed very rehearsed. They will probably keep selling though because the location is great.

Vacaciones en el mar

El Hotel es todo y más de lo uno podría esperar. Las instalaciones, las habitaciones y las áreas comunes son de gusto impecable. La piscina en la azotea permite disfrutar de una vista preciosa de todo Ocean Drive y la playa de South Beach. La comida en general es deliciosa y se complementa con unos cócteles muy creativos. En cuanto al servicio y disposición del personal, creo que es lo que lo vuelve una experiencia magnífica. Sinceramente dedican su trabajo para hacer sentir especial a los huéspedes.

Era una primera planta del edificio de al lado por lo que no sé veía mucho la playa aunque la habitación estaba bien, algunas cosas ya presentaban desgaste. Por otra parte los luminosos hacia que de noche hubiera luz y la música alta también perturbaba el descanso. Hay que tener cuidado porque en las facturas ya incorporar el 20% de propina y si te descuidas te meten otro 18% y si te das cuenta encima contestan mal. El servicio en piscina es muy malo.dos veces pedimos ser atendidos y nadie nos vino a tomar nota y tuvimos que ir a la barra a pedir... El depósito de 300$ tardaron una semana en devolverlo. Los sitios para comer no están mal.

Tudo bem não terem resolvido meu problema com a água , tudo bem não me darem retorno do mesmo, tudo bem. Mas ao realizar o check-in me cobraram um valor de 300$ e poucos dólares dizendo que seria estornado mas o dinheiro não caiu e eles não me deram nenhuma satisfação. Fui assaltado na recepção pelo próprio hotel.

The beach is walk across the street, very convenient. There isn’t a view of the beach from the room, however our room overlooks the pool. The hotel is on Ocean Drive which is the most popular street in South Beach. If you’re not a fan of crowds and non stop activities this might not be the spot for you. It’s a very beautiful location. The room was large enough for my husband and I. It was clean and tidy. We would stay again.
