Overall, okay motel. First, the good stuff. Good location, the pool was nice, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bad, the room had not been regularly cleaned. There were cobwebs. Also they claim they turn over the rooms once every 3-4 days, which is kind of crazy for the price being charged.

The property was very nice, definitely cleaner and more comfortable than I expected for the price and area. Palm is just a couple blocks from public beach access, which is nice because parking anywhere at the beach, even most restaurants, is $5/hour. The heated salt water pool was an enormous plus, also very clean. having a balcony off of every room is unusual anymore and was used for morning coffee and people watching. Short walk anywhere and will take the kiddo next time (maybe).

Good location, on the main street, not far from the main beach, and 11 minutes walk to a beach access. The room decor was nice, and clean, but sone of the electrical outlets in the room were unusable, for example for the coffee maker could not be plugged in where it was. There were no reading lamps next to the beds. Otherwise the room was nice.
