Very outdated Airconditioner, old washroom , Rusted door hinges, black mold on washroom tiles . Old and out dated furniture. Only advantage is that it is in the downtown area .

Stayed before and will stay again!

The room was comfortable and spacious. We have stayed there before. We always eat a meal in the revolving restaurant at the top floor. The Sunday Brunch is excellent and a evening meal in the restaurant is special to see Quebec City with lights.

Great location / scenic views

We arrived 1.5 hrs before checkin (4pm) which our room wasn’t ready which my side & I went to eat at their restaurant on the main floor. We came back to the front desk saying our room wasn’t ready on the 21st floor which they gave us a room on 19th floor. We went up to our room on the 19th which the neighbour was partying with a whole room of people. I went back down to front desk which they gave us a quiet room on 24th floor. This hotel is close to the fields of Abraham, restaurants, shops & museums. The breakfast was very tasty and great service. We never tried the revolving restaurant on the top floor. Overall, front desk was accomodating, comfortable bed, clean with good service.
Terry, 3-night trip

Disappointed

This hotel has definitely seen better days. It feels run-down, with rooms desperately needing renovation. The hallway carpets seem neglected, with cigarette butts scattered around. I booked a room with a city view but ended up with one facing the river, away from the city. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Richard, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Good but need maintenance.

Stayed here for the 3rd time; last time was 2 years ago. The hotel needs a bit of TLC in my opinion. Room are ok; we stayed in "newer" room but it feels beat up a bit. Both AC (our room was the 2 rooms setup) are noisy. But location is very good and parking options are good (even on the street over the night but you need to leave before 9AM). If your room is high enough and get the view on the Old Port, it's pretty nice. The kids love the pool. Overall I would recommend for the price.
Phu Vinh, 2-night trip

First night was great but the second night there was a drunk person slamming doors at 2am and you could hear them getting sick. Needless to say not much sleep

Good hotel in Quebec city

Pretty good stay overall, but the hotel is aging a little bit and needs some renovations. The views from my room on 21st floor were great though. The coffeemaker in my room did not work. Power outlets are not very convenient (however they do offer wireless phone charger at a headboard). The breakfast restaurant is great!
Timofey, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Bad hotel, there was coffee on the wall, no hot water for the shower, a thing was flashing green and we had to put towels…. Ouf wouldn’t t go back I think 😢 plus parking was far!!!!

Sophie, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

View was amazing, bed was comfy, but floor is sticky, fridge aint cooling and is leaking on the floor which makes our socks and shoes sticky. Couldnt put anything in the fridge so we had to spend money eating outside every meal, which exceeded our budget. Floor is chipped a lot of places and bathroom needs a solid remodel.

I had booked a suite; however, upon arrival, I found it in poor condition. It appeared that the bathroom and beds had already been used. I requested a change to another suite, but was informed that no other suites were available in the same category. As a result, I had to accept a downgraded suite—at the same price—in order to have a properly prepared room.
