Parking was a little difficult/tight in my RAV-4 but that’s not uncommon in the city with underground parking. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and very large. The bed wasn’t too firm or soft and the linens were nice. It’s also a great location within a 20-minute walk of most things in Downtown. We would stay here again the next time we’re in town.

The location of this hotel is great. It is only about 1 short block away from the Skytrain station. We were able to easily travel between the Vancouver International Airport and the hotel with our large luggage without any issue or difficulties. The location is also excellent in a way that it is very close to Robson Street where lots of shops and restaurants are. We can also easily walk to Canada Place to see the waterfront or go about to find something to eat. The location is just great. The staff are also very helpful and courteous, typical of what I find with Marriott chain hotel. The front desk staff David is especially helpful when we checked in. The hotel itself is a little bit dated but it is very well upkept. The room is roomy, clean and comfortable. All in all, we had a wonderful stay.

The room was clean, the bathroom is huge. Bath tub and shower enclosure is separate. The front desk staff can get undermanned sometimes, but waiting time is not too long. I had breakfast at the restaurant in the ground floor - Diva. The food is ok. Unfortunately, the service in the morning was quite slow.
