This is truly a beautiful hotel. Appointments are exquisite and the staff is the most friendly and helpful I have encountered in years. Room was very nice with incredible extra touches such as heated floor in the bathroom. I cannot recommend Britannia highly enough.

The best hotel in the city, and probably in the country. Exceptional service. The rooms are made up daily and also prepared for the night in the evening, with a bottle of water placed on the bedside table, etc. The breakfast served in the relaxing Palm Court restaurant is the best. The spa area is also highly recommended and offers many excellent treatments, whether you want a massage or simply relax. 10/10 🙂

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Britannia. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained. My room was comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed, which made it the perfect place to relax after exploring Trondheim. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and high quality options. The location was also perfect and made it easy to walk to many of the city’s attractions. My stay at Hotel Britannia made my time in Norway even more memorable. I left feeling relaxed and well cared for, and I would gladly stay again.
