Room not quite up to other Hilton stays, and the price is excessive for the area, location and quality. Rooms were good, breakfast was pretty expensive for a buffet, but was very good. For a Hilton the staff was oblivious to the cruise travels that frequent the hotel. They had zero knowledge of the buses that pull up to the hotel, so the classic answer to everything was they did not know. We would stay again if the price was right.

Parking was difficult, being right in the city center. the check in staff were helpful, and the room was clean. The dining experience was very lacking, and my reason for a lower review. The wait staff was not very helpful, and they took forever to help get our drinks, our food, the check, etc. The food itself was not very good. NOTE: Chicken Milanese is NOT just chicken fingers. it's a full, breaded chicken breast. And this substitution was obvious, and a let down, and should not have costed what it did. Check out was easy.

Good location, great view from our room, decent breakfast. Other than the lady who checked us in who gave us our room with a view, the rest of the staff seems to have trouble speaking English and therefore communication was difficult. Breakfast was packed with people and the breakfast area was poorly laid out which made for a traffic jam around the food. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel itself appears nice; staff is very friendly. However, our room while spacious was not so impressive. It had two sofas that were filthy and covered with spots - I would not sit on them. The carpet had specks of crumbs, and dirt and needed a thorough vacuuming. The bathroom was clean and appeared renovated except for the bathtub which was chipped. Overall it felt more like a lower end motel room than a Hilton. Definitely disappointed about the quality of the room. Our friend’s room was in much better condition.
