Not a good stay.

Horrible stay. Bugs. No heat. Definitely not family friendly. Not as advertised. Would have left in middle of night but didn’t feel safe opening door to leave. Front desk was nice but service guy that was supposed to fix our heater just disappeared without doing anything.

The first room they tried to give us the door wouldnt lock from the inside and it looked as if it had been forced open in the past. The second room smelled like it had been smoked in for 40 years, the tub was rusty and the bathroom tiles were dirty. The pool was clised down and there was no parking on the side of the building our room was on so we had to walk around the end of the building. We stayed 2 nights and the cleaning staff never cleaned our room or brought us towels. I will say the bed was comfortable

Wi-Fi did not Work. Went to front desk and they reset router and still didn’t work. No housekeeping came the 4 days I was there. My soaps were only half full upon arrival. Stair and upper walkway are in need of Some major repairs.

The night time front desk employee was rude, intrusive upon room privacy, and made us wait for toiletries for over an hour. The room was filthy upon arrival, with hair in sink and shower. The floors were not vacuumed and the hair dryer fell off the wall when we tried to use it. It was only secured by two screws that were loose in the dry wall. The light above the sink stopped working as soon as it was turned on. No dead bolt or chain lock on door for security. The microwave worked wonders though.

Bastante descuidado, le falta mucho mantenimiento a todo el hotel. La taza de baño estaba floja, la tina muy sucia, almohadas mal olían, techo lleno de humedad, AC muy viejo y ruidosos, escaleras de acceso cayéndose a pedazos. El precio y calidad no van de acuerdo.

Muy mal hotel, el desayuno solo fue pan tostado y cereal, tienen un restaurant al lado al cual prefieren ir los huéspedes por la mala calidad del desayuno, de paso al cancelar el día siguiente de estadía me dijeron que no había problema en hacerlo y luego me cargaron el costo de la habitación responsabilizando a Expedia, honestamente ha sido mi peor experiencia en un hotel

MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA, AL PRINCIPIO LA RECEPCIONISTA FUE AMABLE, EN CUANTO VIO MI PASAPORTE MEXICANO COMENZO A PORTARSE PREPOTENTE,DESPOTA Y GROSERA, UNA RECEPCIONISTA RACISTA. EL CUARTO ESTUBO BIEN ARA EL PRECIO.

Nice location right off the freeway. But the hotel is rundown and in need of lots of repairs. The bathroom was dirty and the wall had mold. There weren't any blankets on the bed, just sheets. And the continental breakfast was more like a snack- granola bars and yogurt ..

Comfortable stay.

The stay was pleasant. Check in and check out were very friendly. Room was clean just aged. Massive spaces to walk your dog. Denny's and White Castle are on the premises. Waffle House a hundred yard walk. Plenty of parking. Coffee and juice for breakfast along with yogurt, granola bars and danish.

Generally Good

The room was in good condition, everything was fine except the bed was not that comfortable for my wife. The front desk help ( Jonie?) was very helpful and friendly.

The first room was dirty, and had a bed that was sunk in the middle and had brown stains on the mattress. The second room had a dresser that was broken and the cover was just balanced to stay up had i not taken a photo when i walked in, they'd probably charge me for it.

Wyndham should check property before recommending property. No coffee maker in room and when we asked for one we were told that coffee could be received in the office. Had to place 50 dollar deposit on the room in case anything was broken. Room terrible In need of remodeling.

We checked out 5 minutes after we saw the room. 10-12 dead flies on the a/c unit. No light cover on the light fixture in the bathroom and the shower grout was covered in mold. A/C unit made a horrible hissing sound. Very clearly not what is pictured on the website. Wish I would have taken pictures but I just wanted to leave.
