The management allowed the gate open at the property so loud vehicles could come in and note of the property until 1:30 AM was walking at six times from cars running in and out with loud exhaust revenue motors spending their tires and the staff on duty said they had no idea it was going on probably her boyfriend

Room was okay but no hot water, floors cleaned with pine sol, no stoppers for tub or sink, microwave/ fridge arrived 16 hrs before depature, no coffee or breakfast available was told by staff they were waiting on truck. Even with locked security gate and cameras still felt unsafe when only half the locks worked. I would not recommend this motel 6 to anyone.

It was disgusting. Mold smell in the rooms clogged drain cockroach in microwave. Ceiling falling down. Sign said check room, you have 10 minutes to decide on it or no refund. Place was actually beyond disgusting. Motel 6 should be embarrassed!

When I went to check in the hotel the worker tried to charge me a 100 dollar deposit. I told him the website said 50, he told me it's because I have 2 dogs, motel 6 allows 2 dogs, then he changed it to wanting a 50 dollar cash deposit. I had to use the foreign ATM which of course charged a fee to get the cash. I reserved a double queen non smoking, I was given a room that had an ashtray and smelled heavily of weed and the air conditioning sounded like screeching. Then I went to the desk and told him I asked for a non smoking room. He told me if I want a totally non smoking room I had to go to the 2nd floor even though the hotel was very empty, but whatever as long as it was clean. There was glass all over the parking lot and it was dirty looking. Loud people outside at 1am. Usually motel 6 is great while traveling but I'd never stay at this one again. Sketchy is an understatement for both property and check in guy

Not bad, improvements noted

I had stayed there before and they have improved their rooms (fresh paint , new cabinets, Moen sink faucets, etc). Reduced score because they could not give me a ground floor room I had requested in an empty motel. And, both times I stayed there they put you in the extreme back of the place. As well as no coffee in the “lobby”

My Stay was terrible! The property needs to be painted, also it needs to be cleaned up. It wasn't worth the 91.00 that I was charged . I would recommend anyone to stay there !

Just awful!!

The room was freezing. Turned the heat on took 2 hours for the room to reach 50 degrees. Front desk sent the worst maintenace guy off the street to just tell us give it time. We were exhausted and just ended up turning the shower on hot just to get the room to 65 degrees. The door to the room has about an inch gap. So had to put a towel down so people couldnt peep and cold air wouldnt keep coming in. Front desk made excuses spent 125$ on the worst experience. Could have got better service at a 40$ lot room. Just sad. Horrible.

Didn't even drop off my bags here. Quickly discovered thay they have bed bugs in the room thay was assigned to me. They give you ten minutes feom check in to raise any issue before you forfeit your rights to refund/compensation/upgrade. Can't cheap out on hotels in the Downtown Memphis area. It's a grimey city. Go to Graceland, once, then leave.

The whole property was gated and the clerks had a bullet proof glass surrounding the desk. Our room 120 had a giant crack in the window, ducted taped together. The headboard above the bed had several handprints from someone's previous sexy time; the towels had old poo streaks on them; the shower curtain had holes in it; and the door looked liked it had been kicked in previously. On top of the pool looked liked it was being reconstructed. The only good thing about the place was a friendly homeless kitty.
